The Happening is Happening
Since I am a huge sci-fi buff, interested in all things unknown and the supreme powers of the universe, I thought I'd give this flick a whirl and to my suprise, It was actually pretty good.
Mark Wahlberg is a high school science teacher, Zooey Deschanel his wife and John Leguizamo his best friend. Weird things are happening in the city of New York. People stopping dead in their tracks, walking backwards and ultimately paying the price... death. Large groups of people are being infected but no one can figure out why. Is it the government? Polution? Terrorism? Shortly, the entire east coast is engulfed in what appears to be a silent but deadly killer. While on the run, this cast tries to understand exactly what they are running from.
This video had me on the edge of my couch waiting to see what happened next. If you are looking for a good movie, take it from me, it is one of the best I've seen in a long time.

Yeah I agree. Very different kind of movie. It had a lot of shocking moments like the people on the building, the old lady and the window. It is defenitly a movie to experience.
I have to be honest here, I was dissapointed with mark walbergs acting in this one. the movie itself was well worth seeing though. I saw it in the theatre and was not dissapointed
