Today I think I know what is right for you, maybe

The Yin Yang of the human mind

I have been hearing a lot lately about what is good for me and what is bad. What can I eat and drink? The media claims to know a lot about me and what is best, but who are they? Ever since I was a little kid, I heard that certain things were bad for me. I heard more bad than good. I remember a time when I heard that eggs were bad. A few months leater I learn that they changed their minds and that now they are good for you. The frequency of these messages have increased in the past as well as the hipocrosy. Lately, everything I hear about is bad for you. This is wrong, that is wrong. Yet tomorrow, it will be good for you.

I've known people who have smoked their whole lives, people who have eaten a big greasy breakfast every single morning and they lived to be older than most. People who don't smoke die faster that somoene who does. Why? Their habits are usually unhealthier than these. They complain about smoke, yet they fill their arteries with grease because they can't change their eating habits. Or they can't stop lying that gets them into more trouble. Whatever it is, everyone has their vice.

Michael Phelps was ridiculed for his bong smoking photo yet he won eight medals at the 2008 olympics. I thought smoking marijuana created brain dead forgetful lazy losers? Like always, you only hear about what they want you to hear about - the negative. If I were to say the sky is blue, someone would argue it to be a shade of blue or they would want to give it a name such as "sky" blue. Who would you say is right? My blue will always be my right answer because it is what I believe.

Everything creates cancer. Stress, diet, etc. Everything results in disease. The question I would like to ask is, do you honestly believe that all these things are infecting us or the split minded, hypocrytical attitude and know it all advice of others? No matter what you believe, there is always someone who is there to tell you otherwise. If you belive you are healthy, they will find something that you are doing wrong until you aren't - some way to implant their disease of not knowing. Maybe that is the reason it fluctuates the more we learn - when we think we are right, we are actually dead wrong.
