A well executed strategy means intelligent leadership
Although I said I wasn't voting for either candidate, I must tell you, something hit me like a freight train the night or so before the election... I felt a tug at my heart that was trying to tell me something important but I couldn't put my finger on it. I sat there and gave it quite a bit of though and finally decided that Obama should be in control of the future of this country. The next day I voted.
Why did I change my mind of all sudden the night before? Maybe the million dollar question is why I did not see the solution 18 months prior? I was glued to the entire process - the primaries, the general election, but what did I miss the whole time? It was right in front of my face.
Since I am so interested in the Internet and because my company is based upon this fantastic technology, I found it very signifigant that Barack Obama and his team utilized this tool and used it well if I might say so. Not only did they tap into the power of the Internet, but also SMS cell phone marketing and as always traditional print, radio and television.
On top of all of this, I think I just sat down and related with him. He don't lose. He knows what he is talking about and that is what creates winners and successful strategies. Now that we have made our choice, I'm certainly glad that we did. Action is being taken even before it's time. It is very rewarding to see my vote taking wings so early and beginning down the path of change.
That is how you get things done folks.

Yep. Know how to work the system. AND have the money to do it right. I can see why you like the guy, he's charming. But based on your posts all along, I would have thought you would have voted Libertarian. But you wanted your vote to count. The fact is, though, it was more symbolic than my vote for McCain. Kentucky went overwhelmingly for McCain (57 to 41) by a 16% spread. In my state of South Carolina, it was a little tighter (54 to 45) - only a 9% spread.
Yes, I agree... I have known Scott for like 8 years now and he has slowly moved from being a staunch Democrat to a hardcore government hating Anarchist... errr I mean Fiscal Conservative :-)
Looking back at the election I don't think anyone in their right mind was going to put old McCain in charge, especially considering who he selected as VP. Obama is the right guy for the current mess we are in. Even hardcore southern republicans should be commending the way he is seeking out solutions from both parties.
True dat brother fran!
