The Major Players in 2008 Democratic Race
I try my best to be a kind, unbiased person. I stick to myself while always being there for anyone who calls on my name. Isn't that what most people want? They don't want to be influenced. As long as we are separated for some time, we can get along. Put us together however, and people will begin to find fault in one another. It is human nature. We have always been imperfect; not in our making, but in our ways.
Other countries contain men who consider women only to be good for labor and child-bearing. They are restricted from having an opinion as well as the right to speak among those men. Some countries would consider the United States to be "weak" because having a woman as president would mean she lacks certain capabilities of a man. What does it take to run a country? Surely not physical strength! There is only man and woman. Too many years have been spent feuding the differences between us. We have been together since the beginning! If man and woman cannot get along, how can men become friends with other men and vice versa? If I cannot trust a family member, how can I trust anyone?
I was watching a major news channel the other day and they interviewed an older black fellow as well as a younger white man. After they casted their vote for the Democratic Nominee, the newsperson asked them about the situation and they were totally honest. The young man would not say who he voted for but insisted on his views while the older fellow brought up the fact that his grandfather was a slave and he most definately voted for Senator Obama. He even said it bluntly, it will be a milestone for the race of their people. Who is dividing up people into races here?
What does this tell us? It is right in front of our faces. From women's rights to blacks, whites, hispanics, germans and indians. Are we that different from each other? Are we not all alike in every way possible? Anorther issue is that young adults cannot make up their mind because they simply don't pay attention. They choose to vote for who their friend votes for. Why choose a candidate based on one personal interest? I've seen it! They like one thing the nominee has to say and go with them because of it. Do your homework before you vote and simply don't vote for the wrong reasons!
Can anyone make up their own mind anymore? When will people stop having grudges against each other? I'm sure the majority of people living in the United States hasn't owned a slave, nor been denied the chance to vote. Who is more racist than those who think they are different by setting a boundary? Me personally, I don't think about it. I don't differentiate people based upon who they are or what they believe in. I do believe that there are good people and then there are bad. The bad are prejudice all the way around and always quick to conspire evil among the good. This should be a wakeup call for most people. Get your own ideas. Grow your mind! Quit being influenced by what sounds good at the moment. Jump start your mind! There are many things you can do if you choose not to dwell on the negative all the time! Get out there and invent the next big thing!
The world doesn't revolve around anyone. I may work for you, you may work for me. The lottery can be won by anyone. A good deed may bring good times, but it is always followed by much dicipline.
Are Americans voting based on prejudice?
