The world and you
Everywhere I turn, I see evil. Not that I want to, but because it is there. People have said that I see the bad in everything but it is due to the fact that it is in my face constantly. I cannot seem to get away from it.
People are talking, the media is reporting and things are changing as we go. At one point we were standing still in time - the same old ways were the norm. Only until recently has it become the center of attention and now everyone seems to have the answer to it all. We are now making history. Each and every day from this point on, everyone will have a hand in what is written in the history books about our time. Just you reading this blog at this moment takes part in the war that is raging. It is a war that begun in the very beginning that has only intensified tremendously.
People can't pay their bills, can't put food on the table. I just read of hundreds setting up tents simply because they have nowhere to go. The world has made it so you can't trust anyone. Even if you were to lend a hand during these hard economic times, how do you know the recipient isn't taking advantage of your generousity? Are they really miserable or is it how they want to live? Why work when you can get what you want by telling your sad story. I have a sad story to tell but no one wants to hear mine?
Things are happening. You cannot disagree. If you want to argue that I'm wrong, then you are wrong simply for arguing. Perhaps this is the reason why things are the way they are - man's need to be right. He needs to obtain power over others. Everyone has the answer yet in thinking they know the answer, they are wrong. Hasn't it been made clear that our ways do not work? The truth is right in front of everyone's face but they fail to see it.
