Education a priority? Give me a break!

Student loan rates drop. Education in this country is a main priority of some officials and university workers. Everyone wants to be a doctor or a lawyer but let's look at the big picture. This country contains a severe lack of jobs and too many people looking for one. Just how important is higher education when we have other life impacting issues on the agenda?

If this doesn't sound like a phrase from the game Monopoly I don't know what world we're living in. I roll the dice when it's my turn just to lose payday while doing my part in deciding one winner. Once somoene is in control, they can ony gain more power and will ultimately remain in control. Is this what democracy has come to or have the leaders manipulated the laws to put their interests first?

I am allowed to own a gun and there is no one that will be able to take that right from me. I will buy from locals if I have to in order to protect myself. Local governement once again is doing their best to make decisions for you and me. Is this right? I guess when no one in the world says anything, nothing will be done.

Oil and batteries. Is this what our future holds or has it not been written yet? Being as hard headed as I am, I need answers as to how and why. Governement funded energy technology or lack of governement in the oil market? Do we need something new? Take a look at these pressing issues and leave your feedback!

There are many important issues in people's minds in this day and age, but how important is it on the scale of necessity? Gas prices are forcing people to stay home and rising the cost of practically everything. People need to open their eyes and see what is of true concern.

Majority of the web sucks or is it just me?

It just hit me that most sites I visit lack good design qualities or they don't include any real content. Why is the web filled with sites like these? Never ending holes of Google advertisements keep real Internet users who actually care about the sites they visit into a black hole. I'm going to stick it to the owners of every badly designed site in this edition.
