Talking about it doesn't fix a thing

Angry Americans

There have been numerous groups created almost overnight. Groups consisting of people disgusted with the way things are. As I've mentioned in the past few blogs, things are changing and people are finding out that things are getting bad - we just can't seem to get it right. Our ways are showing themselves to be flawed and the harder we work, the more we become affected by our own devices.

I'm glad to see everyone finally coming together. I guess the harsh realities of the world are beginning to break through into the lives of many. We now have all these people ready to make a change in the world, everyone is talking about it, but no one is doing anything. What is everyone waiting for? People are making a stand with words but fail to do what they say.

As much as I hope tomorrow gets better, it seems as though the people of the world work even harder to make sure it doesn't. I've been struggling to keep myself motivated with all that is going on around me, affecting me. However, when the worst of times come, the true me comes out and I fear nothing. We only have what we have and there is nothing more valuable than life and the time we have.

Someone is eventually going to come in and take control because no one can seem to do it. Everyone is crying out for a leader but no one is ready to take the responsibility. The bottom line is no one really wants to get their hands dirty. It's easy to sit around talking about it. It's easy to share your ideas, but what is it doing to help the problem? Someone like myslef will have to end up taking charge. If you won't, who will?
